Thysse was challenged with turning a “back of house” corridor into a recruiting space for the University of Wisconsin Basketball teams. A powder coated steel rail system developed by Thysse creates a flexible housing for an ever-changing inventory of player and coach panels. Significant statistical achievements are marked above the panels and a wall mural featuring historical players and moments forms the backdrop of the exhibit. The sign pieces above each locker room entry are LED-lit aluminum, hand sanded and scored to form basketball court floorboards.
