State-of-the-Art Facility Showcases the Past, Present and Future of Hooper

Just as colleges aim to recruit new students, it has become a widely accepted standard for companies to provide world-class facilities and amenities to attract and retain top talent. When Hooper started the architectural planning phase of their new state-of-the-art headquarters, located in DeForest, WI, they called Thysse. Thysse worked with architects and construction admins to develop a showcase of Hooper’s rich history, service offerings, core values and vision for the future. With an aging workforce, Hooper looked to Thysse provide a more modern and up-to-date experience of the Hooper brand to help attract young professionals. The comprehensive brand work expanded from facility branding to include logo design, print collateral, signage, websites and video. The result is a vibrant and engaging workspace that puts Hooper ahead of their competition.

A MODERN APPROACH

With construction underway, Hooper also needed their logo brought up-to-date. Team Thysse created a refreshed version of the logo. Careful to safe-keep current brand equity, Thysse refined the mark and coupled it with a more modern font pairing. Setting the stage for the new facility and print work to under go a well deserved facelift.

COLLABORATIVE SPACES

Team Thysse is no stranger to designing creative, collaborative spaces. When Hooper came to us with the opportunity develop their cafeteria and break room, we created Charlie’s Cafe. The space provides employees with a unique, warm meeting space that also tells the story of the Hooper brand. Custom copper pipes, typically saved for plumbing projects, are transformed into a multilevel, sculptural art piece that features Hooper’s custom brand pattern.
