As Green Bay Packaging worked through the planning stages for their new facility – an enormous industrial plant that would house a 300 yard-long paper mill (the first to be built in the state of Wisconsin in over 30 years), they contacted Thysse for help in creating a new visitor experience. Thysse worked with GBP marketing staff, administrators, architects and the general contractors to develop a welcome center and innovation learning center with a focus on sustainability messaging. Thysse also created facility brand design that brings focus to the employee culture, values and wellbeing. The project consisted of a cohesive visual brand palette across visitor and employee spaces. We also worked to create updateable exhibits, with graphics and messaging that could be easily switched out as the overall GBP story expanded or marketing messaging evolved.
