After the 2014 NCAA Basketball Tournament, Thysse was asked by the University of Wisconsin to re-envision the existing Men’s Basketball locker room. The locker room lacked impact and it lacked energy. It was not effective as a recruiting space and it certainly wasn’t fitting for a Final Four team. Our charge was to tell the story of Wisconsin Basketball, but do it in a way that appeals to college-age players. Make it something great and make it a space the players will be proud of. The new high-energy recruiting space is wrapped with dramatic LED lighting accents and dimensional elements. Over 500 individual design files work together to tell the Badger story in photos, historic moments, star players and accomplishments.
