The Challenge: One Promotion, 45 Store-Specific Posters

A regional retailer with 45 stores across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan was preparing to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Part of the campaign included a customer giveaway, triggered by a scannable QR code on in-store signage. But each location needed a unique QR code to direct customers to the correct registration page. Sending the same poster to every store would create confusion, skew results, and undermine the customer experience.   • A shipping label with a matching identifier code to ensure order accuracy

That internal code made the process seamless for fulfillment—ensuring the correct poster made it to the correct store. These step additions enabled the campaign to to be executed with certainty and efficiency at scale.
