“On a weekly basis, we received a list of everyone who submitted their gift choice,” says Julie. “We fulfill the orders either by printing custom items or pulling from inventory stored in our facility. The system automatically sends weekly reports to the association, so they can track and have insights into the work we’re doing for them. It’s incredibly seamless and a huge improvement over the way they used to manage this.”
This approach eliminated complexity for the association, while giving members a smooth, personalized experience. And because the portal was fully white-labeled, members had no idea Thysse was handling fulfillment.
