For Dairyland Electrical Industries, innovation isn’t just part of the job—it’s the heartbeat of their brand. From product development to community outreach, they take pride in crafting smart, meaningful solutions that leave a lasting impact.
So when it comes to their annual customer conference, they bring that same spirit to every detail—including a beloved promotional giveaway that’s become a tradition: the Dairyland cow.
Each year, attendees eagerly anticipate the next collectible cow character, a quirky-yet-endearing desk companion that’s earned near-mascot status among fans. For 2024’s Nashville-themed event, the concept came naturally: a country crooner named Cowly Parton.
The challenge? Turning that creative concept into a high-quality custom product—without placing a heavy sourcing burden on Dairyland’s team.
Dairyland kicked off the process with a concept and a vision. From there, our Promotional Products Specialist, Tina Mowery, stepped in to bring it all to life—tapping into her trusted network of promotional partners to find the right fit for a custom molded stress toy that balanced fun, function, and durability.
From coordinating with overseas manufacturers to reviewing renderings and managing proofs, Tina kept a close eye on every detail—ensuring Cowly’s look came together exactly as planned.
Because Tina works with these partners regularly, she knows what to expect in terms of quality, communication, and craftsmanship. That relationship removes the pressure for the client to source everything from scratch—and ensures the end result aligns with Dairyland’s high brand standards.
At every step, Tina provided updates, visuals, and options—giving the Dairyland team clear visibility and confidence in the process while keeping timelines moving forward.

When Cowly Parton arrived, she was an instant hit—complete with her own guitar, signature dress, and plenty of Nashville flair.
More than just a giveaway, she became a moment. Attendees shared photos, and added Cowly to their growing herd—making this year's event more memorable and on-brand than ever.
“Projects like this remind me how fun our work can be,” Tina said. “It’s not just about producing something—it’s about bringing a smile to someone’s face while making sure it’s done right. That’s what sticks.”

Not every promotional piece has to be custom-molded or highly detailed—but this project shows how adding a little extra personality can make a big impression.
