“On a weekly basis, we received a list of everyone who submitted their gift choice,” says Julie. “We fulfill the orders either by printing custom items or pulling from inventory stored in our facility. The system automatically sends weekly reports to the association, so they can track and have insights into the work we’re doing for them. It’s incredibly seamless and a huge improvement over the way they used to manage this.”

The solution had a huge impact. From the client’s perspective, a critical but increasing arduous and time-consuming process simply vanished from their weekly workload.

 

Beyond the work saved, it also simplified reporting as a single source of truth made reconciling two different systems obsolete. It also improved operational efficiency! The brand portal’s ability to convert member selections and entries into print-ready files identify inventory items needed to complete individual orders shaved cost and time out of the fulfillment process.
