Once the audience was set, creative development began. Our creative team built out a full suite of assets—both print and digital—to support the campaign.

This included direct mail, digital display ads, and Informed Delivery previews—giving recipients multiple ways to engage with the content before the physical piece even arrived.

Implementation

The personalized mailers were sent out in strategic waves, supported by digital ads that reinforced the brand message and extended the campaign’s reach. Thysse handled every detail—from print and mail production to USPS Informed Delivery integration and cross-channel timing.

And it didn’t stop at deployment. Real-time tracking tools allowed the client to monitor responses and measure success—tying campaign activity directly to appointment bookings.

The Impact
